I plan on driving down for sunday. Guess I'll look for the loud unruly group just to say hi.
Is anyone from here going to be a vender?

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

I'll be working the IIS tables most of the weekend. I believe they will be located in the entrance area again this year. It will be nice to see you again.

Is the IIS the society who's chairman/woman is AJ? She's got some nice looking animals. I can't even begin to imagine the number of unwanted iguanas the society gets dumped on them/takes in... That sure could be overwhelming... Cheers,

bob

AJ is the Exec. Secretary of the IIS and yes, she does have some beautiful animals. AJ and I have a lot in common. We both do rescue (I'm currently caring for 34 Green iguanas) and we have similar interests in the species we like to keep, including Cyclura iguanas and Spinytail iguanas. She was unable to take any animals to Daytona this year so she asked me to bring some down to have on display.

Those sure are some beautiful animals.. WHile not an iguan person myself, I do find Cyclura and Ctenosaur fascinating animals.. I love the San Estaban Ctenosaurs, as well as Cyclura nubila lewisi...in fact, i actually got to see one in the wild on Grand Cayman many years ago... From what I can remember, their bluish grey background color made their reddish colored eyes look like they were on fire!..haha... Beautiful animals, but I feel they lack the intelliengce and curious nature as varanids.... Wonderful animals nonetheless....

Thirty something animals eh?? I can't even imagine...best of luck to you with all of them. Cheers, have fun in Daytona...
