>>Is anybody changing thier Daytona plans since it looks like the Southeast is going to get 2 tropical storms from Friday to Sunday? Bonnie might miss most of it, but Charlie is due to be off the Florida Gulf coast on Friday.

Living in florida, i think the attitude is generally wait-and-see. The destination of a storm can change dramatically in a day or two, for better or for worse. Right now, the storms don't seem to pose much of a threat to daytona. But they could be bad news for st pete, where i hail from, for example, and if the house is gonna flood or power be out for days, i'd elect to return home to take care of family and animals. But I've been here 35 years and we've only had a couple storms in that time that dramatically effected daily life. LEt's hope it stays that way. there's a much greater chance the show will be unaffected by the weather, than that it'll be dramatically impacted, imho. And each day we'll have a little better idea.
