"Chocolate" Ball Photos

princeofpythons Aug 11, 2004 07:52 AM

These are 'fresh shed' photos of "Kashmire", our chocolate colored ball taken outside. The second pic is a comparison photo taken indoors in not-so-ideal lighting conditions.

I forgot that in this forum you have to put disclaimers with any unproven animal! It is a "CHOCOLATE COLORED" ball python...Is that better? LOL! The utter pettiness is amazing!

And yes, there is some degree of hypomelanism going on with him.

another attituded moron......??????/

well......don't jump my jeans........

yes........you need to write...""non-proven wild type $250 ball that I will sell babies for $1000 from if it proves out and call them 'chocolate' ghosts....""....

or something like that....

not petty...just think it looks like all the other non-proven ghost I see at shows ......for anywhere from $200 to $600 depending on who has it and what show it is....(yes people change prices for each show.....one show nice odd males $200 and a week later nice odd males (same snake).....$50......)

anyways.....

get a tissue.....

you got the issue......

I just thought it looked like a ghost...I wasn't aware that you wanted to be "special " and make up a new morph and all.......

and there are only like 50 chocolate variations and coffee would add another 37 and probably a few latte' and cocoa add ons.....

whatever....

have fun.........

call it a redneck mud-morph for all I care......

Heh heh heh... That's what I figured. You seem to think I'm trying to sell him or misrepresent him, LOL! You are the last person to talk about another moron with an attitude! LOL! You are the first guy to jump all over anyone who doesn't hold your hand and make sure you know EXACTLY what you're looking at. That said, I am a very easy going person but don't always appreciate the "morph policing" that goes on most of the time.

We all have ball pythons that we label "blackback", "banded", "high gold", etc. This is another example. No need to get feathers ruffled, (mine included).
I was just annoyed as it seemed I was being singled out for possibly misrepresenting an 'unproven' line of ghost, when in fact, I'm not sure really what he is or isn't. I was simply sharing a photo. He's over 1400 grams on empty and we are planning on breeding him this upcoming season, so we'll see.

Best regards-

The pics look good. Hope someone brings one to daytona. Looks like a ghost with burgandy color.

princeofpythons Aug 12, 2004 06:11 AM

The one on the right has a nice deep burgundy coloration, very pretty snake!
