Maverick is having some infection problems and im not sure if he will be able to make it through but i thought you should see him and ill keep you updated on his condition.

He looks happy and healthy, like bright eyes and color.
He may lose his toes like in the other pic i saw of him, but it won't stop him from having a long and happy life as long as any sort of infection is stopped
No luck on getting your mom to take him to the vet?

my mom doesnt want to and refuses to pay for it so im gonna ask the previous owner if they will pay for it and if they dont im gonna end up paying for it... he needs to see one.

its not going to be that expensive
also try talking to the vet, you can pay in installments, meaning little bits over time. I'm glad you're taking up the responsibility and good luck to you and maverick

If the previous owner won't pay in full, maybe get him to share the bill with you?

My only leo is named Maverick. I got him from sombody who didnt want him... he has lost almost every single toe because they didn't take care of him.
