What do you guys think? Does she look to be a True Co-Dom Salmon or a Normal with Salmon colors?

The only way to really find out is to breed her. To me IMO she looks to be a beautiful salmon though, at a great price! Good luck and keep us posted.
great looking normal in my opinion

I am sure it is a normal, but if the colors are represented accurately, it is well worth the asking price, it is a hot normal. JMHO Craig
This line will be pulled of the forum soon so I will get my thoughts out now. That snake is indeed a beautiful Normal looking Boa with great colors that may prove to be genetic, I don't think it is a Hypo/Salmon Boa and it is lables as a "Salmon Phase" Boa. It may be a person that has heard the term Salmon Boa before and does not truly know what it is referring to. But no a bad snake for the money at all
