I went to the show in July in Columbus and I was kinda dissappointed. I took my daughter and her friend and it seemed so small. I don't think I would have driven too far for that but I guess it depended on what you were looking for. I was looking for a female AFT and/or a hognose but they had neither

Don't know how far of a drive it is, but there were lots of hognose and AFT at the Indiana Midwest Reptile show last month. This month it's the breeders expo so hopefully it will be a good one.

My wife and I used to frequent the Columbus show. We live in Michigan and its about a 5 hr drive for us...it was always worth it in my oppinion. There where always lots of vendors and a huge variety of animals. Regretably the last time we attended this show was when the Feds locked it down for the whole day and we had no choice but to sit there at the entrance of the building while they searched for illegal animals....NOT a good day. I plan to go again sometime when I'm looking for something specific. I went to the Taylor show here in Michigan and was kinda dissapointed, less driving but still a few hours worth and not a whole lot vendors. I was looking for female BP's a couple months ago and there were only TWO tables with them!! One way overpriced and one with cheap not so healthy looking hatchlings. We did however get a great deal on a couple hatchling redtail boas...how that came of a BP search I don't know LOL!!
