Sledge, good and bad news.

Collaredkeeper Aug 11, 2004 06:07 PM

First, I found a good picture and am going to use it for my background. The bad news is that kinkos cannot blow it up. Kinkos wants 100$ to double the size of my picture. Their rate is 10$ per square foot. So for all I know is that I will just tape a whole bunch of 8.5 x11 to make my own.

Trying to fit it to this cage. This cage has been totally redone and looks 100x better, I post it with the new background.

kinko's is crazy expensive for printing color pictures. every shop i went to wanted at least 80 bucks for my prints.

But i assure you that if you use good quality paper and the best settings on your printer(or any printer you use) you will be pleased with the results.

after you laminate it all you see is small line where the pages lap

be sure you blow up your picture with a paint program and then crop it to the size you want or it will look like crap.

if you need some help, email me the pic and i can size it how you want. manosobr@hotmail.com

should not worry about laminating since you can attach it behind the glass. my girlfriend has a snake cage with a background that i taped to the back, it looks sweet.

just so you know, i gluesticked the edges together first and then taped the backside together. i taped mine to the wall to assemble them since it is easier to get the space i needed.
