Rusti Aug 11, 2004 06:42 PM

my bp has begun her shedding cycle but my sister wanted a picture of her so I took her out and she started throwing herself from side to side in her moving motion as if she wanted to get out of my hand, so I held her close to me and she settled down, but then I decided to leave her alone and so I started to put her back, and she started to thrash about again! what's going on?!?

please help!!!!!!!!

imagine you have a very bad sunburn and someone wants to cuddle with you tightly!!! snakes are generally agitated during the shed cycle and better off left alone.

hope this may help

Mine will do the exact same thing if handled during a shed.
