Grpth rate in african rocks

Was wondering the groth rate of african rocks..I'm thinking about picking up a female...but the africa rock is the only bigger boid i havent kept or bred yet....I hear they grow much slower than a burm or retic..so any info will help and of coarse lots of pictures
