how long will i be able to have a dragon in a 20 long?? and do yall know of any way to connect 2 tanks to make them one thx

depends on how fast your BD grows. I would say 14" is about it. Of course younger BDs like to move around and excersise more.
It depends on the type of glass in the tank. I have seen people cut holes in the tanks and join them for fish but you really want a new tank so you get width as well. a 40 breeder is good but 4' x 2' is great.
