what kind??

i found these two little snake swimming in my pool, and was wandering if anyone knew what kind they are..? i think they are juvenile yellow bellied racers but i'm not sure... i live in alameda county california... if anyone can tell me that would be cool... i'd also like to know how to take care of them..?
