Two headed sinaloae

Jan Grathwohl Aug 12, 2004 01:01 PM

Hi

Have any of you heard about this before? I just hatched one today, from a litter containing only one egg. Quite odd, and have never had any juveniles like this before.

Hi LIa

Yeah i reckon that might be a problem. Well at the moment im looking forward for it to sheed for the first time and then to feed.

I still haven't decided if i want to keep it eventually.

Personaly i would keep it. It would make a nice collector's edition . Is it male or female? Who knows....perhaps that 1 in a Billion chance will come again next breed. Besideds you can tag the offspring Het for 2 heads.

Hi Eric

I haven't sexed it yet

I have gotten the information that bicephalia is not genetically, but occurs as the cells try to split into identical twins.

Anybody know what the price for a specimen like this would be if i decide to sell it some time? (and of course depending on its ability to survive the first couple of months)
