Breeders who ship to Canada?

jananicole66 Aug 12, 2004 01:35 PM

Hi all. I am hoping to get a Corn, sometime, not in the immediate future but it will happen :P Anyways, i have been searching for breeders online, but am having trouble finding reasonably priced corns, in Canada that will ship, and dont seem to be able to find US breeders who ship to Canada.. Is there any that anyone know of that they can send me the link to? I'd greatly appreciate it, as I am getting frustrated!
I dont know if you can post the links on here.. if you cant then you can send them to me at sitas_lupins@hotmail.com
thank you muchly!

Getting breeders to ship to Canada can be very trying ( I live in Calgary, AB). Normally they won't bother unless you have a VERY large order. They do this because of issues at the border. With corns its not as hard to get them across, but they do need to be health inspected before they cross. The breeder you are dealing with in the States would also need to have an import/export licence which most don't have and are fairly expensive to get.

Off the top of my head i can't think of any Cornsnake breeders in Nova Scotia. I think that looking at it realisticaly, unless you know of someone in your area, shipping from a breeder in Canada is going to be more economical then trying to find a breeder in the US.
