I just received a one month old henkeli today shipped to me via UPS delivery. The gecko looked fine other than it is very lethargic and does not seem to be responsive to any stimulation other than moving its legs. It seems to not be able to hold its head up very well. The only time it moved about in its enclosure was from the edge of the water dish to the inside with its nose under water! I promptly removed it. The terrarium temp is around 78 F with humidity about 79% or a little higher. Your help is much obliged.
