Has anyone ever been to the Birmingham, AL show? There's one almost every month and was just wondering if it was worth it.

Also, there is a show in Raleigh, NC in Oct. Good? Bad? Anyone?

Know of any good shows in the southeast - besides Daytona?

Thanks!

The Small 1 time a month shows are ok. If you have never been it'll be pretty good. Usually it's the same people and the same things over and over when dealing with small shows. I live in Florida so I don't know how it is up there.

The b-ham show is ok for like pet store type animals (taken care of better of coarse) but if your looking for something really rare then its a hit and miss kinda thing. Like at the last show we had a table full of tree pythons and some other cool animals we don't usually see. But if you have time its definatly worth going to. I have been going almost every month for the past 2 years.

The Birmingham show is okay at best usually. Of course, it depends on how far you have to drive too. I've been to that show several times. Sometimes there are some really nice animals that are represented well and other times there are some "shady" people there trying to pawn off wc animals as cbb. I live in middle Tennessee so it's about a 2 1/2 hour drive for me...but it's at least worth trying out. You'll never know if you'll like it if you don't go and experience it.

Give it a try! Hope that helps

The Raleigh show is an exotic animal show. They have a little bit of everything and lots of reptiles. They have the show twice a year at the state fair grounds and the last time I went it was worth the drive. about 6 hrs. I live in Va. just south of D.C. I try to go to this show 1 time/year. At least for the past 6 years

The one in Releigh is GREAT. I love it. A lot of great breeders and the best show in and around the carolinas.
