well, after calling pretty much all of them in my area I finally found a vet who knew what a gecko is! He was wonderful with my babies and was very knowlegable. He said that he didn't want to give them shots because of their small size (they're only 3 weeks old) but recomennded that I get Sun Drops instead. he said that they should be back to normal within five days of treatment. Unfortunately, I couldn't find sun drops in ANY of the pet shops in town. I hate living in a tiny town. I'm going to call the vet back tomorrow and let him know that I couldn't find the sun drops but in the meantime I mixed up some reptical with water until it was like a soupy paste and dabbed it on their noses. I did the same with the two newborns even though they are so far showing no signs of MBD. the newborns licked a bit off my fingers and the 3 week old girls licked a fair amount off. seems like just what they needed. I have their calcium dish topped off, a bunch of small calcium dusted crickets in their tanks and the calcimitize in their water. hopefully they will be just fine!
