Nuttin to worry about, those little white worms are harmless, they are part of the filter media. They are actually Beneficial for your tank, feeding on microscopic debris and stuff like that. You can do 100 water changes and theyll always come back.

what if the turtle is eating them? Can i get rid of them any way? They are not astheticly pleasing and the filtration and bio media should handle the load without the worms help

when you change the water, do you change the filter media too? Because unless you do that as well and clean all the things in your tank, they will always reappear.

I would take your turtles out clean them off with some fresh water, drain your tank. Remove and clear the gravel or what even you may have in the tank with either chlorine, amonia, or boiling water. and completely clean the tank and filter equipment. I used to have those same things and they completely took over the tank very bad. I've never had a problem since then.
