lighting

I keep my collard lizardoutside but because of the cool summer we are having in Kansas I want to bring her inside till I am ready for her to hibernate. What kind of Fluresent light should I use? Would the ones made for reptiles at the petstore work? I've always been confused about the fluresent lighting stuff.

There's all kind of fluo's.
As for me, I use one's written "desert" on it.

They have higher UVB output and I think thore are the best suitable to collareds. The brand I actually bought is repti-glo 8.0 ...

My lizard recently suffered of "shaking" MBD due to a "too old" fluo(lack of UVB). Make sure to replace it each 6 months.
