VIELED EGG'S NOT HATCHING RIGHT

I have a cluch of eggs that are starting to hatch. Two of them have already shrilved up for about three days now. Do you think they will still come out or are they no good. I had about six eggs go the full 6 months and then they turned bad. With a couple breaking open and the little lizard on the inside not being fully developed. Anyone have this happen before? Thanks ....Scott......

It could be caused by several different things. My guess is incorrect temperature or humidity.
