First reptile show questions

I am planning to goto the Texas Reptlie Expo coming to Arkansas in September, and I have a couple questions.

First of all, I want to purchase a couple snakes. Anyone know if this show has quality animals and is worth driving 3 hours to attend as opposed to purchasing snakes from breeders online?

Second, do purchased snakes usually come in a temporary container for the ride home or should I bring some enclosures to put them in?

Finally, any tips/advice regarding the attendance of the reptile show?
