What amphibian lives in the coolest climate?

Probably Rana sylvatica, otherwise known as the wood frog

yep, thats the only amphibean to live inside the arctic circle

But this is not the coolest climate on a year round basis. In the summer it can get at least into the 80s F (>27 C).
They are also not active all year round at the temperatures located in these environs.
I would suggest looking at some of the obligate montane species in the upper sections of the Alps or the Andes (or maybe some of the troglodytic species like Typhlomolge).
