How long between hatchlings from same clutch?

drdoolittle1 Aug 15, 2004 01:31 AM

I have researched, but cannot find answers to my questions...please help!! My first egg hatched yesterday (54 days) and she's beautiful. 2nd egg from same clutch has not hatched yet. When do I worry? My hatchling is in 1/2 of 55 gallon tank- grownups are on other side. If she gets onto their side, will they hurt her, or is bullying from feeding the only concern in separating them?

Thanks-

I have had a few go three days after the clutchmate hatched.

As for you other question, an adult wil not bully a hatchling if it gets to the other side it will eat it.
