3 and a bit foot long Ball-meal size?

My ball is 3 and a bit foot long and of good build, what size should the defrost rats be? small or medium? thanks

Not sure what 'a bit foot long' means, but the general rule is prey equal to the widest part of it's body (or 1.5 times the widest part of it's body). That's a good starting point.
