Getting baby kingsnakes to feed

I have a have a baby californian kingsnake and it hasn't been feeding, what are some methods I should use to get it eating? What could be going wrong that it isn't eaing. All help will be highly appreciated.

Try braining the mice... meaning taking the brains and rub them on the head and or body.
