Reptayls is a good place to get lobster roaches online, you can find their ads in the feeder classifieds. Morgana always includes a good overcount on the roaches and she also sells her own homemade gutload and bug boundary to keep them contained so you can get all the stuff you need from one place.

californiasilkworms has lobsters dont they?
Personaly I would go with orange heads...I tried lobsters and they look to much like the normal roaches we have around here...plus they fly and climb! eek....they bred alittle..freaked me out alot! Then I got orange heads...they are great! they dont look like the roaches around here...dont climb or fly, they eat EVERYTHING I throw in there... just my oppinion.
