He's afriad of people but will take food from me through the bars of his cage, his cage is a large wire dog cage converted into an ig cage with a shelf a hammock and lights, he'll get more decor once he's settled. He's a real chow hound, and cleand his plate the first time i offered food. though he left the squash for last it did disapear a little later. oh thereis also a shower curtain attached to the outside of the cage to keep in humidity and heat. newspaper for substate.
i'll get a picture of the cage if i can, my camera doeant want to focus on it, the cage is 4ft long, 3ft tall, and 2 1/2 ft wide. he's about 18 inches long maybe 2 feet i dont want to stress him out by measuring him and i didnt think to do it when i was clipping his nails

He looks pretty young so the handling issue should fade with age. Young iguanas are very touchy usually about handling.

Its the whole big hand from above theory.
