can ig's eat regular cabage(not chinese)and the green plant the grows above the grown form carrots?

members of the cabbage family, broccoli,cauliflower,brussel sprouts. should be fed in small amounts because they may cause thyroid problems when fed in large quantities

its not broccoli,couliflower, or brussel sprouts, its just cabage. what can you tell me about carrot tops(or greens, the plant that grows on top of the carrot). thanks for your time.

Both can be feed sparingly. bloodroses was refering to the vegetable family that included cabbages.
