how long should a brb be at 8 months?

hi, i was curious how long a brb should be at about 8 months, mine is 28-29 inches and just want to make sure he's a helthy size this is his about a month ago

...That size is fine for one 8 months old. They are 15 to 18 inches long at birth and a growth rate of one to two inches per month is fine for the first two years. Are you sure that yours is 8 months old? Most of them that are captive born in northern hemisphere collections are born from april to september.

well i bought him in Houston tx, i forget the name of the place and i was there for about an hour and a half talking to her and she told me that they just sold the female and it is cbb and he was born in january, so i'm just going by what they told me
