I am haveing difficulty breeding goldens. I have had a male for about a year. A year and a half later I purchased a female and it has been a half a year and still no mating. What am I doing wrong? Please write back thank you!

I think I know the problem. You have had your male for about a year, but you purchased the female a year and a half later, so that means you won't have a female for six more months. They won't mate until you have both a male and a female.
