mites from fruit flies now in my frog tanks

there were a few white mites in my fruit fly containers, so i threw them out, but i guess not soon enough to prevent a few from getting into my frogs tanks. anyone who knows what i can do before they multiply and be come a health hazard to my frogs PLEASE help!

They will not become a hazard to your frogs. Your frogs will eat them, if anything. Parasitic mites are specific about their hosts. A mite that is parasitic upon a fruit fly is not going to be parasitic upon your frog.
