When I had a vieled chameleon, I always thought this website was pretty helpful. www.chameleonjournals.com/
As for housing them together...
Simple answer: NO!
Longer answer: It's a bad idea as a pet owner to try to keep different species of reptile in the same enclosure.
Firstly, these two species are very territorial, and sometimes don't even tolerate being cages with other members of the same species! Chameleons are very solitary lizards, even the sight of other chameleons can be very stressful to them, and stress to a chameleon can be deadly. Beardies are very territorial, and I believe if both were put into one cage you would have serious problems.
Secondly, their habitat requirements are drastically different. A bearded dragon requires a very hot and dry enclosure which has a lot of floor space, and a chameleon requires a warm (not hot) and very humid enclosure which has a lot of tall space. There is simply no way you would be able to provide them both what they need in the same space.
Finally, different species of reptile are tolerant and intolerant to certain gut flora and parasites, and what may be normal to one can be devastating to another.
Anytime you get a reptile it should be quarantined from the rest of your collection for about 2-3 months to prevent possible spread of parasites and disease, and anytime you have different species of reptile be prepared to give each it's own enclosure permanently.
Good luck!
