as far as feeding, the more variety the better. most people use crickets as a staple and supplement with meal worms, wax worms, superworms, roaches, mantis, silkworms, and many other feeder inscets. all screen cages are best for chams. glass terrariums do not allow enought ventlation and are unexceptable. cleaning is easy, just wipe it up when you see it. and housing a cham with a bearded would be a big no no. dont do it. good luck and post you final results and any more questions.

How much time do you have before you become a new owner? It sounds as if you have a lot of reading to do, so the sooner the better. A few "tips" won't be enough, so I've listed the best cham sites that most of us use. They should answer most if not all your questions and give you setup ideas. A beardie and a cham can't share the same cage. Their climatic needs are just about as opposite as any 2 herps could be and the cham would be constantly stressed by the beardie. It might even get eaten. It's hardly ever a good idea to house animals from different habitats together even if their climatic requirements were similar. Just too many unknown stressors, cross contamination problems, physical harm risks.

Anyway, here are some sites with trustworthy info for you:
