Fat female jackson no babies

I have a female jackson who I suspected was pregnant from the start. I have had her now for 8 months and no babies. She is quite fat but I was wondering if there is a sure way to tell if she is pregnant.I am starting to question that maybe she is just that....fat! And isn't it a 8 month gestation time or has anyone had the pregnancy run longer? Thanks for any input
