how much food?

I don't know what variety I have, I got him in the sierra nevadas of central cali (mom's trashcan lol)
He appears to be a yearling and I was wondering if I was feeding it too much, I feed it 1-3 med - large crickets almost every day, but it'll eat non-stop.
I have heard that feeding too much results in rapid growth which could be unhealthy, or at least result in reduced life spans. What are some recommendations such as shed frequency or feeding frequency?

I think thats' fine. Normally, with my alli i let her eat as much as she wants (usually around 6-7 large crickets) then feed her the next day after. I dont 'know about over feeding Alli's though. They seem like super hungry little crittters.
