Hi Peter,
Well, i'd say yea you probably can if you want too as long as their cage is big enough to allow them to separate if they need too. Also make sure you have several baskings spots for heat and light because the more dominate female will intimidate most likely the other one. The "fighting" you see is them establishing order... keep a real close eye on them to make sure they don't actually "fight." If they do, you'll have to separate them. If you are introducing one of them into the other's cage, the one already in the cage will be protective of her space.
Also make sure they both get enough food. I've had problems before doing this and the one will dominate the other and eat all the food, and the less dominant one will hide and stay away. I eventually separated them and the less dominant dragon acts like a totally new dragon.
g'luck

>>I know two females can generally be housed together without incident, especially at a very young age. I have two females that I recently bought. I kept them in seperate enclosures at first (just a few days) and now wish to introduce them to each other. When I put them in they started doing scared/threatening displays. Is this normal at first or is it a sure sign they should not be housed together? They are about a month and a half old and around 6-7 inches long.
