Importing Question

I was thinking about buying some geochelone Radiata frome a guy in France. He has all the necessary CITES. Is there anything I need?

A good attorney that specializes in international law. That deal is covered with red flags that have "rip-off waiting to happen" written all over them. Good luck, and I'll envy you to no end if it turns out well, but if it sounds too good to be true...

Sounds the same way to me. Thanks for the advice.

If it was the guy selling them for a grand on another list, make sure you get a copy of the CITES export permit, then get your permit for importing Endangered Species, THEN make sure he ships first. Outside of that it sounds like a good deal.
