Always hear about the spring peaks, but as we are coming to visit the mojave in mid September and hope to document a rosy boa, I am wondering whether our night wandering will be in vain. We get pick ups in activity of milks and other fossorials about that time here in the midwest. Does it happen significantly with rosys in the fall?

Thanks, hopefully we'll get a storm and get lucky enough to at least see some neonates moving. Zonatas are the other on top of the long shot hopeful list.
