My scientific study

kap10cavy Aug 18, 2004 07:51 AM

Well, it's not exactly scientific but it's damn sure fun.
I clean all 3 cages, put in fresh dirt and see who rearranges the furinture and tears up the dirt the fastest.
So far Sassy the savannah is the winner with Baby the savannah second and Fluffy takes her/his sweet time but eventually gets it done.

Another thing to do, that is fun to watch their reactions, is to swap what cages they are in without any cleaning.

Funny yes! and i have done that switch cage thing, robert. just the other day i added a long log into my female water's cage. the log was originally in the males cage. she was so restless, obviously looking for him perhaps... then she vented on it. cheers, -john

hahahaha, the fun you can have with lizards! There is no doubt scent plays a major role in a monitor's life.
