They should be ready to breed next year hopefully. They really grow fast. I couldn't believe it. You could feed them and practically sit back and watch them grow. Not really, but they grow fast.

Nice Taiwan! Mine will eat me out of house and home (he's close to 7'). They do seem to have a faster metabolism than my other rat snakes. I finally moved mine up to rats last year when he ate a dozen mice at one sitting! Now he eats a large rat and keeps looking around for more. I think he grew over a foot a year for the first 3-4 years. I cut back on the food somewhat- didn't want him getting fat once got up to 5 feet.

metabolism. Both can eat alot and keep moving around the enclosure. They deficate rather quickly after eating and yet they have a fast growth rate. Thanks for posting a pic.
