okay my CWD female's 2 clutch of eggs are now at 84 days without hatching. They all look huge almost like theyre gonna explode and theyre all pure white and have no mold on them. theyre being uncubated at 83 degrees and a humidity of 80-85(its as high as i can get it, because i dont want too moisture which would get me mold). Anyways her first clutch was incubated under these conditions as well and they started to hatch at day 82. okay so does any one know why my eggs arent the suspected 65 days?

Correct me if i'm wrong but its my understanding that the average hatching time is between 55-80 days but it depends on the heat and humidity. It could just be your temps a bit low so its taking a bit longer. I try to keep my eggs at about 85 degrees for my beardies and it is my understanding that there incubation is quite similar to WD besides the incubating time being a bit shorter .

I think that up to 90 days is consider in the range, although I still find it strange that mine are 61 days exactly every time and my incubation temperatures and humidity are the same. There must be some genetic factor involved. Maybe incubation times are location specific to where they originate? It would be an interesting thing to study.

yah ive read that 55-80 time set some wehre on the web too, but all the other places ive read all say 65. Im thinking it must be gentic or a locality thing maybe???? oh well i guess theyll hatch when theyre ready. Im guessing within the next couple days ill have babies.
