Probably about $50. I don't see anything out of the ordinary about this particular boa. It's pattern could be due to fluctuating temps and it isn't an anery if it has red on it, which is apparent.
It will proabably make a great pet as long as it is healthy. That is why I would pay $50 - to have a nice pet boa. I actually had a boa that looks like this one (the pattern on mine is a little more abberant), and that is what I paid for it.
Hopefully this helps. Please keep in mind that this is just my opinion.

well it has a stripe on its tail intead of the normal red white and black pattern. some guy is selling him im trying to see what he is worth.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I was just giving you my opinion, thats all. I hope everthing works out for you.
Good luck,
Eric
anything more than 100 bucks and youll have a $100 snake for whatever more than 100 dollars you decide to spend on. it doesnt really matter so long as you are happy with your purchase.
Not a bad looking snake from what I could tell in the picture (which is a bit dark IMO to get a really good idea of what the snake really looks like). While it does have that abnormally long saddle on the tail, that means little until it's proven genetic. Also, that isn't as much striping as those that really get people talking. I personally wouldn't spend more than $100, definitely no more than $150. It's a nice looking boa with some potential that won't be seen until it's an adult and breedable.
As an aside, temperatures do play an important role in egg layers, because eggs can not thermoregulate. However, it is more widely believed these days that live bearers (because of their ability to thermoregulate) don't have pattern or color abnormalities that are related to temperatures, barring excessive cage temperature extremes, as was once the accepted belief. Either way, in this instance it's irrelevant until the neonate reaches adulthood and is bred, producing more animals with striped tails.
Good luck whatever you decide.
