as so many people will recommend, if you plan on having one or more species of rhacodactylus, buy the book. its $40 well spent, and covers ciliatus, leachianus, chahouha, auriculatus, sarasinorum, and trachycephalus. the book goes over any aspect you need to know, and makes a very worthy reference. also lots of cool pics.

If you have never kept Rhacs before I would recommend starting with Ciliatus ( crested geckos ) before moving into Leachianus, they are very expensive and not necessarily good for beginners, however, if you have experience keeping Ciliatus then making the move to Leachianus wont be very hard.

Get the book:

Rhacodactylus: The Complete Guide to their Selection and Care

you can get it on Vosjoli's site www.giantgeckos.com

it is money well spent, and has everything you need to know about keeping Rhacodactylus in captivity with large sections on Leachianus and Ciliatus.
