Thought I'd share a tool I use to clean up python poop.
I got tired of trying to scoop poop while keeping a watchful eye on large snakes that were not too thrilled to have me inside the enclosure.
Plus, the poop got too big to use the regular kitty litter scooper I've been using for eons.
I went to the pet store, and bought this dog pooper scooper.
It has a lever type thing in the handle, that when you squeeze it, the shovel part opens, and when you release it, it closes.
It works great on the big loads, spot cleaning substrate of urates, sheds...etc.
It is about 30" long, I just stick it on, pick a target, and squeeze.
Snakes dont seem to mind, I'm outta harms way...everyone is happy.
Ok...I'm rambling, but I thought I'd post this for anyone that has every tried to figure out a better way to clean enclosures.
