sperm plugs ??????

I have one 03 male that is 100% het albino that if I pop him he always has sperm plugs and he did breed once this year. then I have a 03 male that is 100% het pied that does not show any sperm plugs when popped and has not tried to breed at all so far. both are just over 600 grams. so my het albino girls may produce but all my big pied girls are still waiting ! how will I know when he is ready ? just keep putting him in with the girls tell something happens or will I start to see sperm plugs as well ? thanks.
