No. Wait until they pip (slits in the egg) and then wait for some to come out before cutting into the ones that have not pipped.
Some people cut all the eggs open the first day of pipping so that none will drown in the egg. This has been done with great success but is not my method.
Either way, wait until pipping occurs.
