What are you doing right now?
It could be you dont have enough lighting. Apparently beardies become listless and not active when there is not enough light. It makes sense seeing as they are from a desert and they learn to slow down and "hibernate" when bad weather comes around. Make sure you have a hot enough basking spot.
Is there a chance any of them have pooped? I doubt this is possibly seeing as they havent eaten. If they have get a fecal sample to a vet to get it checked for disease.
Just throwing out possibilities because I really dont know anything about what you are doing so I cant tell you what you are doing wrong. Let us know everything you can.

Joel R is right.. it can take them awhile before they start really getting interested in "live" food. For the first few days they are still surriving off of their egg sack. However, make sure your basking temps are high enough. They need a spot of about 115 degrees F or 120 F to stimulate them. if their cage temps are to low they will not be "active." Proper lighting is also important mentioned earlier. Make sure it is nice and bright for them. g'luck.
