I hath arrived!!! Amanda's Adventure to New England

TenorGoddess Aug 19, 2004 11:13 PM

Hey Everyone!

Howdy from MA! We finally made it, the critters are all fine (no losses, it was a super nice, super easy trip that lasted only 3 days total). I couldn't have asked for better weather. Through the entire trip, the weather was kept wonderful so I didn't have to worry with heat packs or the ice packs I kept with us.

Actually, the animals adjusted far quicker to this dramatic change in scenery, climate, pressure, etc. than they did when I moved only 15 min from my parents house. Go figure.

It feels great up here, I'm loving the weather and my new job and I love seeing how happy my animals are. I'll be back in action posting new pics for everyone soon!

Hugs!!!

I'm so happy with the move. Really a difference from being in TX. I'm told about the winters but all I can do is make sure we are fully prepared (ie, making sure all the reptiles will be set for heat and comfort).

Biggest hugs!
