My one female just finished laying 10 eggs, 2 of them slugs.

So that makes her total viable egg count for this year 21. That's exactly the number she laid last year, though she had considerably more slugs last year, so it's an improvement (I didn't have her last year, but I got the breeding records from her last owner). I guess the male she mated with this year was more fertile.
