Here is a head shot.

I am curious as to how old that snake is? Also who produced it? I have a striped female who started out with a fairly clean stripe and has attained plenty of melanin since. I would really love to produce some high yellow striped pure jcp's, but every one I come accross turns out to be not so high yellow (borderline brown) in the long run.
I think you can see the black tipping in this pic as long as I load it right.

I was told the snake hatched in mid May 2004. I hate to seem like a jerk (because I am really not) But I don't want to say where it came from. Because dealing with the person really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I do not want to promote them in any way.
Everything I have read says that jungle hatchlings are pretty nippy. I guess I got lucky with this one. It has yet to even strike at me (knock on wood). Even the day it arrived it was totally mellow. Shipping didn't seem to bother it at all.
I took some photos outside today, I wanted to post one that was not all washed out by the flash.
