Beautiful. Easterns are definitely my favorites. Too few big easterns or hatchling photos get posted here. How big are the parents? Any photos of them?
I have a pair that is now about 30", do you thank that is big enought to breed them next spring? I want to keep the best couple hatchlings and release the rest where I found the parents in the tip of the thumb of lower peninsular Michigan.
I too have these and think they can be as colorful and variable as many other ssp of milks.I know JD is working with some NICE red ones from MD,I have a NICE GREEN line as well as some possible morph lines I am working with and I know of other morph lines that are in the works....Just because they are difficult to start or CHEAP should never preclude anyone from trying new things.Only so many people WANT the mexican ssp and if you notice the higher demand for CHAIN KINGS then you will understand that this is a very cyclic hobby.Keep what you like and try and get others interested in YOU and your projects,Jeff
